Overall, our fees are flexible; each category shows a range. We
intend to stay in business and make a profit, just as you do. However, our
desire is to serve you, so our fees are designed to be fair,
competitive, and negotiable. Our fees recognize the many
variables there are in experience, licensing, education, type of work,
length of assignment, location, living arrangements, etc.
Temporary (Traveling) Staffing:
Contract nurses are available as full time “travelers” on a
per assignment basis, or PRN. While generally on our payroll, we also work
with independent contractors or will work an arrangement where they are paid
directly by you. The hourly rate will generally be within a range, with specific rates for each
candidate/assignment negotiated separately. We have separate ranges
for specialties within disciplines as well. Rates
are generally designed to be all-inclusive, however when other arrangements
for housing, per diem, travel, etc. are made, we flex these rates
accordingly.
Charge and on-call rates are generally negotiated, varying from $1 to $5 per
hour. Shift differentials for nights and weekends may be built into the
agreement per client policy or negotiated separately. Differentials vary
from $2 to $5 per hour.
Full time (40 hours per week) is generally
guaranteed unless specific arrangements are made otherwise. “Three twelves”
(36 hours per week) can also be considered full time. Hours above 40 (or
36) per week and work on Holidays will generally be at time and one-half,
unless negotiated otherwise. Holidays recognized will be consistent with
Client.
Business Mileage is generally billed at $0.32.5 per mile, or the going rate
recognized by the IRS.
Permanent Placement/Buy-Out:
Since our expenses can vary significantly from a full-blown search to
someone dropping in our lap, fees can vary from $0.00 to “40%”. We will
pass on our savings. All temporary contracting agreements have a
“buy-out” option. In the case of a buy out, the length of time
you contracted the candidate will be considered and the fee prorated.
NOTE:
Quantity discounts for multiples of three or more are negotiable in all
situations.
