All Kruse & Associates companies, as a part of our basic operating procedure
will "network"; with competitors, colleagues, employees, etc. We believe it is
better to have as many friends in the business as possible, and do as many
win-win "deals" as possible. We want out network partners to feel good about
calling us again for help, and we want as many as possible that we feel good
about calling when we need help. We are always willing to "share the wealth"; in
order to help a client, employee or competitor do a deal that otherwise would
not have been accomplished.
In this section you will find two sample contracts. The split-fee agreement is a
simple agreement for splitting permanent fees. The “Sub-contract” agreement is
designed to cover both temporary and permanent “shared” staffing arrangements;
including simple referrals. We use these as templates, but remain negotiable
until the “deal” is done.
While specifying and agreeing on terms in writing is good, ultimately we
recognize and operate under the fact that a contract is only as good as the
person signing it. We will look to establish and operate under a good degree of
trust..
So, feel free to call us with essentially any kind of proposal. We sub-contract,
do three-way deals, split fees, split margins, etc. At this point I like to say
"we'll leave the modem on for you", but we no longer have modems…. How about
"we'll leave the server on for you…" Yeah, tacky... but perhaps gets the point
across.
