built into our compensation package, including paid housing,
completion bonuses, and travel expenses.
For our Internationally-Trained employees, benefits may include:
help with immigration paperwork and fees for your work visa and/or

upon arrival, help with obtaining a car, help with obtaining

All benefits are administered by Kruse & Associates, Inc., an
Oklahoma corporation providing administration and payroll services.
The package available is designed to provide national coverage.
Below is a summary.
Health Care Insurance
Includes Dental/Vision coverage. The plan includes a national
PPO and a National Prescription Drug card. The company pays a
portion of the premium.
401-K Retirement Plan
Tax sheltered benefit, allows investment in a variety of mutual
and/or index funds. The company contributes based on profits.
Section 125 Cafeteria Plan
Another tax saving program, allowing pre-tax money to pay for
medical and child care expenses, not covered by insurance.
Professional Liability Insurance
Paid by the company, covers all full-time employees.
Group Term Life Insurance
Provided and paid by the company.
Short-Term Disability Insurance
Employee sponsored, annual enrollment.
Additional State License
Expenses will be reimbursed by the company.
Continuing Education
May be reimbursed, especially for maintaining licenses, adding
or maintaining certifications, etc.
Cancer Insurance
Employee sponsored, annual enrollment.
Immigration Processing
May be reimbursed for our Internationally-Trained employees.
In addition, "travelers" generally enjoy the following

Housing
Your housing is paid while on assignment. The goal of our
Housing program is to provide housing that is safe, clean & in a
good area. The budget is generally to provide one bedroom
furnished accommodations, meeting the above criteria. If you
should want “more”, we negotiate the difference. If you maintain a
private residence, your housing allowance is tax free.
Bonuses
TravelKare recognizes and values our travelers, so we offer
special perks as a way of saying “thank you” for a job well done.
There are four types of potential bonuses:

Our Travel & Relocation program gets you to and from your
