While still responsible for Human Resources, with the help of Jodi, Brad has
been able to devote about 75% of his time to recruiting and managing
nurses. Nurse recruiting has been a natural extension of his HR
responsibilities. He also keeps us all on the "straight & narrow" with HR
legalities.
